We are now hiring a Customer Product Manager W198 (m/f/d) to join our team.
To meet the program’s objectives, you will report to our W198 Program Manager and serve as a corporate contact for customer initiatives and collaborations.
By aligning expectations and capabilities, you will lead client communications and actively encourage strong cooperation between our clients and Wingcopters technology, operations, and sales divisions. You’ll be actively establishing a relationship between our technology and existing use cases, building the groundwork for mainstream drone operations. As a Customer Project Manager, you’ll be in charge of managing short- and long-term objectives, project status, and milestones to ensure that solutions are delivered successfully and on time. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external project stakeholders, assisting in the achievement of important client goals.
Good technical expertise (ideally in aerospace or UAV), project management experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel are all required for this post.
What You’ll Do: Assist the Wingcopter Program Management with client contact.
Transfer pertinent client data to the appropriate departments.
Customer requests and Wingcopter’s capabilities and capabilities are managed on a short and long term basis.
Recognize and discuss hazards associated with customer relationships.
Assist the Program Manager with the harmonisation of product improvements/configurations in accordance with the regulations of the airworthiness authorities.
Assistance with customer technical and commercial negotiations.
In a defined communication framework, responsible for the coordination and constant follow-up of project status and milestones with all engaged parties.
Constant monitoring of configuration changes.
What You’ll Need: A master’s degree in engineering or equivalent, with an emphasis on aerospace engineering.
Prince2 or comparable project management certification is required.
3–5 years of project management experience with excellent communication skills
High level of service awareness, ability to create customer relationships
High level of awareness on how to manage and communicate effectively across interfaces
Strong technical skills, relevant aircraft knowledge, or UAV experience are all highly advantageous.
Availability to travel (e.g. 1x per quarter to US)
